Mr. Kysylyczyn also <br />questioned if the Parks and Recreation Commission had <br />reviewed, commented and/or made a recommendation <br />regarding this proposed special legislation. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3��� Amend Information Technology Joint Powers <br />Agreement with Little Canada <br />Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, approval of the <br />revised Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Little <br />Canada for the purposes of providing periodic, part-time <br />information systems support. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstentions: Schroeder <br />�.l National Night Out Award (Heather Darby) <br />Heather Darby, Community Relations Coordinator <br />provided a brief report on the 2003 National Night Out; <br />and the City of Roseville's receipt of the National Award <br />2003, recognizing outstanding participation in "America's <br />Night Out Against Crime;" presented by the National <br />Association of Town Watch. <br />Ms. Darby thanked neighborhood block captains; the <br />Parks and Recreation Commission, the City's Police and <br />Fire Departments, City staff, and citizens for their <br />assistance and cooperation. <br />Mayor Klausing echoed Ms. Darby's appreciation, and on <br />behalf of the City Council and citizens, thanked staff for <br />their partici�ation and coordination. <br />Amend <br />Information <br />Technology Joint <br />Powers Agreement <br />with Little Canada <br />National Night Out <br />Award (Heather <br />Darby) <br />
