Hear a Report about 2004 Public Works Projects <br />Public Works Director Duane Schwartz briefly updated <br />Councilmembers on a potential 2004 Public Works Work Plan; <br />noting changes from the previously-presented Capital <br />Improvement Plan for various reasons. <br />Various recommended improvements included pathway and <br />parking lot rehabilitation; drainage problems; utility <br />infrastructure rehabilitation; interagency participation; <br />neighborhood 19/22, South Owasso Boulevard reconstruction; <br />neighborhood 10 street reconstruction; neighborhood 24, <br />Terminal Road pavement rehabilitation; neighborhood 32, street <br />reconstruction. Mr. Schwartz also identified the funding sources <br />and estimated construction costs for the specific projects, for a <br />proj ected estimated cost of $1,005,000. Mr. Schwartz reviewed <br />those proj ects that were recommended for deferral to 2005 or <br />later construction seasons in an effort to implement smaller <br />proj ects into a more comprehensive proj ect to reduce costs. <br />Hear a Report <br />about 2004 Public <br />Works Projects <br />
