One on-site and one additional <br />follow up meeting were held and we feel that together we have arrived at a <br />reasonable first step solution. Staff will review that with you at the meeting. <br />Attached is a copy of the proposed concept plan and a plan addressing some of <br />the neighborhood security issues. <br />POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />The process for developing the proposed Central Park Dale Street Athletic Field <br />Concept Plan is consistent with the Parks and Recreation System Plan and the <br />overall community involvement process. <br />FINANCIAL IMPLICATION <br />There are no costs associated with the approval of the proposed concept plan. <br />At this time it is being proposed that the majority of the funding would be <br />generated by the Roseville Area Youth Athletic Associations. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />The Parks and Recreation Commission, Roseville Area Youth Football <br />Association, North Suburban Soccer Association and the Roseville Central Park <br />Foundation all have endorsed the proposed concept plan. Staff recommends that <br />the City Council approve the proposed Concept Plan for improvements to the <br />Central Park Dale Street Athletic Fields. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion adopting the proposed Concept Plan for the Central Park Dale Street <br />Athletic Field Complex. <br />
