Mr. Schwartz noted that the City had a strong <br />Public Works program due to those efforts, and further <br />noted the only community that had a self-funding Pavement <br />Management Plan (PMP), wit solid funding through <br />assessments and state aids. <br />Mr. Schwartz reviewed the collective experience and <br />diversity of the Public Works staff; diversity of services; <br />and cutting-edge status of technology and operations; <br />allowing the City to compete comparatively with private <br />Public Works <br />Services <br />Presenter: Public <br />Works Director <br />Duane Schwartz <br />
