REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 02/23/04 <br />ITEM N0:3.3 <br />Department Approval: ���' ����,�`�' ' �}f � ��'}�� Consent <br />T P �, <br />Item Description: Request by Diane Holmgren & RiCk Distad for a 10 VARIANCE to <br />Section 1004.02D4 of the Roseville City Code to allow construction of a <br />third attached garage sta11370 Millwood Street (PF3545). <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1.1 Diane Holmgren & Rick Distad, 370 Millwood Street, seeks approval of a 10 foot <br />VARIANCE to Section 1004.02D4 (Comer Lot Setbacic) of the Roseville City Code to <br />allow the construction of a third garage stall 20 feet from the west (Western Avenue) <br />property line. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />Application submitted on December 29,2003. <br />. Determined complete on January 12,2003. <br />. 60-day review deadline on February 26,2004. <br />. Staff Recommendation: Approval w/conditions, February 4,2004 <br />. Planning Commission Action: Approval (7-0) Recommendation, February 4,2004. <br />.
