Mr. Lonnie Brol�l�e <br />December 9,2003 <br />Page 7 <br />CONCLUSION <br />Due to the potential liability that the City may be exposed to with a corroding metal roof <br />deck and the possibility of receiving full compensation for remediation of the deck, it would be <br />most advantageous for the City to explore the option of replacing the roof and remediating the <br />deck as soon as feasiblypossible.
