Discuss a Proposal to Create a Citizens Environmental <br />Advisory Task Force <br />Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, moved to table this item to the <br />March 15, 2004 Council Study Session. <br />Councilmember Schroeder sought additional information from <br />staff prior to that meeting related to City Code and existing <br />conditions. <br />Mayor Klausing noted he would like the Council to discuss and <br />consider, preferably at that meeting as well, formation of a <br />business advisory commission; as well as an overall look at all <br />City commissions and how they related to each other, and <br />whether any needed to consolidated, or were overlapping in their <br />intended purpose. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />13. Discuss a Letter from Ramsey County Asking Cities if they <br />Wish to Offer Locations for a Suburban Court <br />Staff was advised, with adamant consensus from <br />Councilmembers, to advise Ramsey County that the City of <br />Roseville was not interested in the County's proposal, as <br />addressed in their letter of February 5, 2004, for site solicitation. <br />14.
