EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the ��h <br />day of March, 2004, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD FOR THE CHRIS <br />OLSON VARIANCE 7 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2940 OLD HIGHWAY 8{PF3549) <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Chris Olson for a Variance 7 Conditional <br />Use Permit on January 15,2004; and <br />WHEREAS, the application was reviewed and determined complete by the City Planner <br />on January 16,2004; and <br />WHEREAS, said application was submitted after the deadline has passed (January 7, <br />2004) to place items on the February 4,2004 Planning Commission agenda and provide legal <br />published notice and notice to property owners within 350 feet of said request; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Planner that it would be appropriate to <br />request that the City Council approve a 60-day deadline extension, from March 16,2004 to May <br />16,2004, to allow proper time for review, recommendationand action by the Planning <br />Commission and City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the <br />time line for agency review of the application of Chris Olson for a Variance & Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow the construction of a detached accessory building in the front yard of 2940 Old <br />Highway 8 be extended from March 16,1004 to May 16,2004. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
