REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 03/08/04 <br />ITEM NO: 3.b <br />Department ApprovaL• Manager Approved: Agenda Section: <br />DPW �� � CONSENT <br />Item Description: Twin Lakes Advisory Stakeholders Panel Member (PF3552) <br />SUIVIlVIARY OF REQUEST: <br />Sean Regan, owns nearly 30 acres within the Twin Lakes area. His property is located just west <br />of Byerly's and includes the Fruehauf and MASA-Eurotech sites from 1717 through 1755 <br />County Road C. Mr. Regan had expressed interest in serving on the Twin Lakes Panel, but was <br />not available to submit the application on time. Since then he has attended the meetings and <br />continues to express an interest in being on the Panel. Mr. Regan was also a member of the <br />County Road C redesign committee in the past 3 years. <br />When the Council completed the panel selection process in January, 24 members were <br />appointed.
