Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that the City continue to seek business partnerships with other organizations. <br />If the Council concurs, Staff will continue discussions and brin forth new 'oint owers <br />agreements for Council approval at an upcoming Council meeting. Depending on the size and <br />scope of the new agreements, Staff will also present a request for additional staffing. <br />
