Regular City Council Meeting — 03/08/04 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 4 <br />C. Sarah Lenz, Roseville Area Arts Council <br />Ms. Lenz, on behalf of the Arts Council, advertised the <br />upcoming "Arts at the Ova1" on March 20 and 21, 2004; and <br />provided additional promotional material for the public's <br />information. <br />Mayor Klausing thanked Ms. Lenz for her presentation, and <br />directed staff to coordinate public notices in as many places <br />as possible regarding the upcoming event. <br />D. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn spoke about grammatical and spelling <br />errors on the agenda cover. <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn also spoke about the DFL party caucus or <br />caucuses held in Roseville. <br />Mayor Klausing requested that Mr. Kysylyczyn keep his <br />comments related to City issues. <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn concluded by asking Councilmembers to <br />use their positions to foster respect and honesty, as he had <br />when he was mayor. <br />Cable Commission Scholarships <br />Councilmember Schroeder announced the scholarship <br />availability for Roseville residents from C-TV for pursuit of <br />a degree in communications or television; encouraged <br />residents to apply; and to contact C-TV or the Cable <br />Commission for eligibility requirements and applications at <br />651-792-7500. <br />2.
