EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regul�r meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was Iheld on the ��` day of March 2004, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Councilmember introducedthe following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUT�ON NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN �lE I�I�ME �lT' T O THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP DESIGNATION FROM "L:�"a LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO "MR" MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENT$AL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2550 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF3546). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission� at a public hearing held on March 4 2003, pertaining to the request they received from M�adow View Homes for a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment on property commonly known as 2550 Hamline Avenue; and WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehens�ve Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map designation change from " L R(Low Density I�esidential) and " M R(Medium Density Residential); and WHEREAS, said property is legally de$cribed as: The South 220 feet of the West %z of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Sction 10, Township 29, Range 23 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian. Reserving, however, a perpetual right-of-way e�asement to erect and maintain a line of towers and wires over and across said premises granter to Northwestern Trust Company, Administratorwith the will annexed under the last will and testam�nt of Horace McDougall, deceased, which deed is dated October 21, 1917 and was recorded October 27, 1917 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, in Book 74 of Miscellaneous, Page 350. WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended approval (6-0) of the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, indicating support for the residential development; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at their meeting of March 26,2004, was presented with the proj ect report from the Com�nunity Development Staff regarding the subj ect request;
