No approval given by the City hereunder shall be deemed to <br />constitute an approval of the Redevelopment for any purpose other than as stated herein. The <br />process outlined in this Agreementshall notbe deemedto supersede any conceptreview, conditional <br />use permit, vacation, subdivision, or other zoning or planning approval process of the City. <br />11. Citv Actions. Redeveloper understands that further and separate action is required <br />with respect to the Redevelopment. City agrees to take reasonable steps consistentwith such actions <br />necessary to facilitate the Redevelopment.
