EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the Cit� of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Ha11 on Monday, the �� day of March, 2004, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DAY REVIEW PERIOD FOR THE STEVE HANON VARIANCE REQUEST FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2458 SHELDON STREET (PF3554) WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Steve Hanon for three Variances to Section 1004 of the Roseville City Code on February 11,2004; and WHEREAS, the application was reviewed and determined complete by the City Planner on February 12,2004; and WHEREAS, said application was submitted after the deadline has passed (February 6, 2004) to place items on the March 3,2004 Planning Commission agenda and provide legal published notice and notice to property owners within 350 feet of said request; and WHEREAS, the City Planner has determined that it would be appropriate to request the City Council e�end the 60-day review deadline an additiona160 days, from Apri110 to June 10, 2004, to allow proper time for review, recommendationand action by the Zoning Board. NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application by Steve Hanon, 2458 Sheldon Street, for three Variances to Section 1004 of the Roseville City Code be e�ended from Apri110 to June 10, 2004. The motion for the adoption of the foregoingresolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
