Financial implications: To facilitate transfers of roadways from Ramsey County to other <br />agencies, turnback funds have been set aside to assist the transfer. This transfer of jurisdiction <br />will increase MSA dollars available to the City of Roseville. <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: <br />Adoption of a resolution concurring with the proposed jurisdictional transfer of certain segments <br />of Roselawn Avenue from Ramsey County to the City of Roseville. <br />Prepared by: Duane Schwartz <br />
