The precast concrete planking was erected, grouted and ready for topping the third week in November. This large delay in the schedule forced A& P to build temporary heated enclosures around the masonry areas. This delay also forced A& P to keep a forklift, forklift operator, foreman and foreman vehicle on site for longer than what they had budgeted from the original schedule. Because it was unclear of which rooms/floors were to receive a concrete sealer in the PS Building, Steenberg submitted a price of $10,198 to complete this work.
