Councilmember Schroeder noted that this was not correct, and that Mayor Klausing had appointed Councilmember Ihlan to the vacancy, not the City Council. Councilmember Schroeder took issue with �,�� ,.�� ,�„� �,.,,�,,;,,r,�,r,,��r t e imp ication �� " ," and expressed his frustration concerning the editorial that he opined was misleading to the public." Councilmember Kough, for the record, expressed appreciation to Recording Secretary Sheila Stowell for her professionalism and expertise in recording the minutes of the Roseville City Council meetings. 4. Consider Approving a Lease Agreement with T-Mobile to Locate an Antenna on the City Hall Monopole Finance Director Chris Miller advised Councilmembers that staff had completed negotiations with one of the two parties seeking to lease space on the City's recently-installed monopole at the City Hall campus. Mr. Miller summarized the lease agreement, noting the agreement was consistent with previous lessees for tower space; noting the initial lease term was for five years, with provisions for four additional five-year terms, for a total of 25 years. Mr. Miller further noted that the City Attorney had reviewed several previous drafts, but had not to-date provided final approval of the minor revisions to the latest document, stating that it would be appropriate to approve the lease agreement conditional upon final approval by the City Attorney.
