Expectation of higher-level of service for same <br />dollars <br />Mr. Schwartz highlighted crowded right-of-way area for <br />underground utilities and the need to monitor, and possibly <br />consider installation of conduit lines to lease-back to <br />different companies. <br />Discussion included the implications of GASB-34 <br />accounting requirements, and advantages in determining the <br />values of the City's infrastructure. <br />Another issue identified that technology would represent <br />two phases; working with fewer people, while enabling <br />management, production, and tracking of the City's <br />infrastructure. <br />
