City Council Regular Meeting — 05/10/04 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 9 <br />3.g Schedule a Public Hearing Date on June 14, 2004 to <br />Acknowledge the Proposed Expenditure of Tax-Exempt <br />Funds in Roseville by the Evangelical Lutheran Good <br />Samaritan Society <br />Schroeder moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of establishing <br />a public hearing for June 14, 2004 for the purposes of <br />acknowledging the expenditure of tax-exempt funds by the <br />Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3.h Approve 2004 Pathway and Parking Lot Paving Bids <br />Bids had been received and opened for paving of four <br />segments of City pathway and one parking lot. Pathways <br />included one on the south side of County Road B from <br />Cleveland to Fairview Avenue; one around Willow Pond <br />from County Road B-2 to Brooks Avenue; and one on the <br />south side of County Road C from Victoria Street to Fisk <br />Avenue. The parking lot and pathway at Sandcastle Park <br />were also included in the bid package. <br />Schroeder moved, Ihlan seconded, acceptance of the low <br />bid of T. A. Schifsky for paving of pathways and parking <br />lots in an amount not to exceed $40,050.00. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3.i Approve Emergency Generator Replacement for <br />Sanitary and Storm Sewer Lift Stations <br />Schroeder moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the low <br />quote for the purchase of a portable emergency generator <br />set from Magnus Inc., in an amount not to exceed <br />$21,273.38. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Schedule <br />Public Hearing <br />Expenditure of <br />Tax-Exempt Funds <br />in Roseville by the <br />Evangelical <br />Lutheran Good <br />Samaritan Society <br />2004 Pathway and <br />Parking Lot Paving <br />Bids <br />Emergency <br />Generator <br />Replacement for <br />Sanitary and Storm <br />Sewer Lift Stations <br />
