Roll Call Ayes: Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing. Nays: None. 5. Recognitions S.a Recognize the Second Graders from Brimhall Elementary School who toured the City Center Campus on Tuesday, Apri127, 2004. Councilmember Kough provided visuals from a"mock" Council meeting held by second graders from Brimhall Elementary School; and their "actions," taken related to budget issues. Mayor Klausing suggested the students return when the City Council begins their 2005 Budget deliberations to assist Councilmembers in prioritizing city-wide goals. 6. Moser Builders' Request for Final Approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD), Rezoning, and Subdivision Plat for 474 West County Road C(Romona Mogg Property), (PF 3489) City Planner Thomas Paschke presented an overview of the project, noting the developer was present, along with several neighborhood residents. Mr. Paschke concluded his comments by noting that the concept plan had been presented to the City Council on September 15, 2003; staff was recommending approval; and the Planning Commission had unanimously approved the proj ect on August 6, 2003 . Discussion items between Councilmembers and Mr. Paschke included Outlot A, approximately 1-1/2 acres dedicated as park land to the City as part of the Nature Center; it's nature as Purchase of Variable Frequency Drive Replacement at Water Booster Station Recognize Brimhall Elementary School Second Graders Ordinance 1306 Moser Builders' PUD, Rezoning, and Subdivision Plat for 474 West County Road C (Romona Mogg) (PF 3489)
