The proposed parcels <br />shall not cause any portion of the <br />existing lots, parcels, or existing build- <br />ings to be in violation of this regula- <br />tion or the zoning code. <br />Corrections: When a survey or de- <br />scription of a parcel or lot has been <br />found to be inadequate to describe the <br />actual boundaries, approval of a cor- <br />rective subdivision may be requested. <br />This type of subdivision creates no <br />new lots or streets. The proposed <br />corrective subdivision, in sketch plan <br />form, along with a letter signed by all <br />affected owners agreeing to the new <br />subdivision, shall be submitted to the <br />City Council for approval. No hearing <br />or Planning Commission review is <br />necessary unless the proposal is re- <br />ferred to the commission by the Com- <br />munity Development Director for clari- <br />fication. The proposed parcels shall <br />not cause any portion of the existing <br />lots, parcels, or existing buildings to <br />be in violation of this regulation or the <br />zoning code. A certificate of survey <br />illustrating the corrected boundaries <br />shall be required on all parcels. Within <br />thirty (30) days after approval by the <br />City Council, the applicant shall sup- <br />ply the final survey to the Community <br />Development Director and City Man- <br />ager for review and approval.
