I have lived on B2 for 48 years and raised 4 children and we have gotten by without a path, I really don't see a need for it because everyone now adays drives everywhere they want to go and besides its not safe to send your children out by themselves on foot or on bikes. If adults want to walk they can X walk in the malls where the do alread . X I would like to see the street repaired but no pathway. The street is already narrow and busy. I'm also concerned about the already high taxes which would be increased. Personally, I don't think we need a walkway most people X o to the ark to walk. Utilize salt tolerant grass. ?� AC specifies this type of turf in high vehicle use areas. � I don't feel any of the options address the water problems from the road and the way the catch basins are now. I feel we should wait till the county final akes up its mind to do the road. Then we can curb, gutter, attach a 6' cement wide curb to that. This project needs to be done right or not al all. After all the options as of now shows off how nice are city can be or is to the people coming from outside the city, but why not make it also nice for the people who live here when the weather is not so good. This is an excellent city to live in. I've lived on 82 almost 30 years. Its not easy to go back and redo things, thats why its important to do things right when the project works for 5� eve one.
