The payment amounts to <br />$7,000 for the town home site and $105,000 for the cooperative site. <br />The park fee is placed in the park dedication and redevelopment fund. <br />The Park and Recreation Commission will review this before final <br />approvals. <br />8.11 Senior to Family Housing Linkage Requirement - As a part of the <br />City and Roseville Housing & Redevelopment Authority's program to <br />encourage choice and opportunity in housing, the developers of this <br />project must prepare a marketingplan that promotes this senior <br />housing project to Roseville residents exclusively for at least 60 days <br />prior to marketing to the broader community. This has effectively been <br />done through area faith based and senior organizations such as <br />churches and senior centers. The developer must also agree to <br />�? participate in the Senior Housing Regeneration Program (SHRP) <br />�� which provides a link between single family homes being vacated by <br />� seniors and purchased by first time buyers. The developer must <br />�� promote the SHRP as part of the project sales program and include <br />�� information regarding the program to each potential purchaser or <br />
