SECTION XIV GOOD FAITH In the event that any agreement, approval, consent or other action or decision is permitted or is required hereunder, the parties shall act in good faith and in a reasonable manner in connection therewith. SECTION XV IMPLEMENTATION OF AGREEMENT BIG 10 will designate personnel whose responsibilities shall be working with the City, in coordinating and implementing this Agreement. SECTION XVI PROBLEM RESOLUTION The parties agree that any disagreement, dispute of claim that arises regarding the exercise of this Agreement shall be resolved as follows: 1. Any Party may notify the other party, in writing, of the existence of a disagreement, dispute or claim, stating the nature of such disagreement, dispute or claim, with specificity; 2. On the date of receipt of such notice, the City and BIG 10 shall each advise the other of the identity of the representative who will be available to meet as soon as reasonably possible (not later than 9:00 a.m. of the next business day) for the sole purpose of selecting a mutually acceptable third person to participate in the resolution of the disagreement, dispute or claim. The party initiating the notice pursuant to this section, shall make arrangements for location for such meeting;
