EXTRACT OF 1VIINLJTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of July, 2004, <br />at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: and <br />and the following were absent:. <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION xxxxx <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD IN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />WHEREAS the City of Roseville is authorized by the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 203B.13 to appoint an Absentee Ballot Board, and <br />WHEREAS, the board shall consist of a sufficient number of election judges appointed as <br />provided in sections 204B.19 to 204B.22, and <br />WHEREAS the absentee ballot board shall receive and process absentee ballots in <br />accordance to Minnesota Election Laws, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City of Roseville authorizes the use of <br />an absentee ballot board to receive and process absentee ballots for elections conducted <br />by the City of Roseville. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same:. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
