-----Original Message-----
From: faiwiew44@usfamily.net[mailto:faiwiew44@usfamily.net]
Sent: Wednesday, July 07,2004 3:12 PM
To: city.council@ci.roseville.mn.us
Subject: Twin Lakes Redevelopment
To: Mayor, Craig Klausing, Tom Kough, Dean Maschka, Greg Schroeder, Amy Ihlan:
We wish to let you know we are opposed to the recent retail and residentialproposal of Twin Lakes Redevelopmentplan.
The reasons being the Cost, and we do not feel Roseville is in need of any more restaurants and retail. We hae many choices
now. We do not wish more traffic than we already hae traveling down our street, Fairview Ave. The already existing
shopping centers and frontage road and #36 freeway exit/entrances are a big enough problem for safety, with Co. Rd
B2/Fairview and #36 exits/entrar►ces the first or second highestexistingplacesfor traffic accidents (accordingto State Farm
Insurance).
This proposal would not be an enhancement to the city of Roseville, but a detraction and deterioration, we believe. Please vote
"No" on the Twin Lakes Redevelopmentarea proposal.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Joe and Judy Novotny
1989 Fairview Ave
Roseville, MN 55113
