Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan . <br />B. Amendments to the AUAR <br />C. Amendment to zoning and PUD documents <br />D. Completion of the Redevelopment Finance Plan and inventory of blighted <br />properties. <br />E. Completion of a Master Developer Development Agreement <br />Other items: <br />F. Is there a traffic increase and circulationdisruptionwithin and adj acentto the <br />Twin Lakes area? Amendments to the traffic and road plans as needed. <br />G• What are appropriate parking lot lighting, security lighting, and signage <br />lighting? <br />H. How are the grading, drainage, and on-siteloff-site ponding affect of the <br />developments and surrounding area? <br />I. How is car and truck parking handled? <br />J. What is the process for effective trash handling and clean up of on-site <br />debris? <br />K.
