City Council Regular Meeting — 07/12/04 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 11 <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn also questioned why a copy of the "minority <br />report" from several Twin Lakes Panel participants was not also <br />available for the public at tonight's meeting. <br />Mayor Klausing noted that the "minority report" had only been <br />received by the City Council at tonight's meeting as a bench <br />handout, was not a city-created document that would have <br />allowed staff to prepare additional copies for tonight's meeting. <br />Mayor Klausing noted that copies could be received from City <br />Hall, as a public document, following tonight's meeting and <br />staffs time to duplicate the materials. <br />�, Approve Minutes <br />2.a Maschka moved, Kough seconded, approval of the June <br />21, 2004 City Council Study Session meeting minutes as <br />presented. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Approve <br />Minutes <br />3.
