Si ns <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Mayor Klausing thanked all the donors for their continued <br />generosity. <br />Councilmember Kough expressed his personal <br />appreciation to the City's volunteer firefighters for their <br />outstanding job in addressing incidents before, during and <br />after the parade and related festivities. <br />�+d Proclamation: Roseville Women of Today Founders' <br />��� <br />City Manager Neal Beets, on behalf of the City Council <br />and community, read a proclamation, recognized and <br />congratulated the Roseville Women of Today and MN <br />Women of Today Founders' Day in Roseville, MN <br />�.� Roseville Fire Department Explorer Post #547, "Post of <br />the year Award," plus three individual recognitions: <br />Explorer Tim Albrecht, who received the "Youth <br />Service Award" for his work developing a Fire Safety <br />House that was displayed at the State Fair; Deputy <br />Chief Bill Chandler and Deputy Chief Greg Peterson, <br />who received "Adult Leadership Awards" for their <br />contributions as Post Advisors" <br />Fire Chief Rick Gasaway, on behalf of the City Council <br />and community, recognized Explorer Post #547 <br />participants; reviewed the history of the Post's <br />establishment four years ago with the purpose of <br />promoting teamwork and leadership, allowing competition <br />and potential recruitment of future firefighters.
