This contract is for our fiscal year of July 1 through June 30. <br />By preparing a contract for the entire year, we will not have to prepare a new contract for each <br />course. You will only be invoiced for courses that are conducted during this period. At the end <br />of the fiscal year any amount remaining on the contract will be cancelled. If at any time during <br />the fiscal year you wish to add courses that will exceed the contract maximum, we will amend <br />your contract. <br />Please sign and return this contract in the enclosed envelope as soon as possible, as we are <br />required by the State of Minnesotato have a contract signed and returned to us BEFORE the first <br />class is conducted. <br />Shouldyou have any questions, please feel free to contactyour Customized Training Services <br />Coordinator or Support Staff at 763-576-4943.
