ORDINANCE # <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPPERTY AT <br />2597 CLEVELAND AVENUE FROM B-4, RETAII_, OFFICE SERVICE <br />DIS'TRICT TO B-3, GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuantto Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration on PF 382, the following property located at 2597 Cleveland <br />Avenue, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned as follows: <br />Theproperty at 2597 CZevelandAvenue, being legally described as (,SEE <br />EXHIBITA) is hereby rezoned from B-4, Retail Office Service District to B-3, <br />General Business District. <br />Section 2.
