EXTR.ACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of July, 2004, at 6:30 p,m, <br />The following members were present: <br />andthe followingwere absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVINGA CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROD ELLISON <br />T O ALLOW THE REDEVELOPMENT OF 2597 CLEVELAND AVENUE INTO A 9,000 <br />SQ. FT. OFFICE, AUTO SERVICE & AUTO LEASING FACILITY (PF3582). <br />WHEREAS, Rod Ellison in cooperation with Jerry Laden Trustee, seeks approval of a <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow a the redevelopment of the property at 2597 Cleveland Avenue <br />into a office, auto service, and auto leasing facility; and <br />WHEREAS; the property located at 2597 Cleveland Avenue is legally described as: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" <br />PIl�T: 08-29-23-11-0020 <br />WHEREAS; the Auto Glass Today desires to be the primary occupantwithin a 9,000 sq. <br />ft. facility to be constructed at 2597 Cleveland Avenue including, but not limited to, office, auto <br />service, and auto leasing; and <br />WHEREAS; the use of the property has been determined to meet the criteria set forth <br />within Section 1013.01; and <br />WHERE the Roseville Planning Commission on July 7,2004 held the public hearing <br />regarding the Rod Ellison request and unanimously (6-0) recommended approved, subjectto 12 <br />conditions; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br />request by Rod Ellison and Jerry Laden Trustee for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMT to allow the <br />redevelopment of 2597 Cleveland Avenue, subj ect to the following conditions: <br />The proposed structure being placed at the required side yard setback, ten feet <br />from the north property line, to allow for flexible parking on the south side of the <br />building. <br />2. The proposed mixed commercial structure being limited to a size not to exceed <br />9,000 sq. ft. <br />
