REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />Department Approval: <br />TP <br />DATE: 07/26/04 <br />TTEM NO; 7. <br />Agenda Section: <br />Item Description: Request by Request by Real Life Church, 2353 Chatsworth Street, for a <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1004.015 <br />and Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code (PF3583). <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION <br />1.1 Real Life Church seeks approval of a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow the <br />construction of a new 6,650 sq. ft., 408 seat, worship center and small expansion of the <br />current lobby (total of 8,302 s.f.), with additional parking (78 spaces) and other necessary <br />site improvements. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />• Application Submitted: June 7, 2004. <br />� Application Determined Complete: June 21, 2004. <br />• 60-DayReview Deadline: August 20, 2004. <br />• ProjectReport Recommendation: Approval w/Conditions —July 7,2004. <br />• Planning Commission Action: Approval (5-1) w/Conditions, July'i, 2004. <br />• Council Action: July 26, 2004. <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />2.1 At their meeting on July 7, 2004 the ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION voted (5- <br />1) to recommend approval of the Real Life Church CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in <br />accordance with Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, allowing certain <br />improvements to the property located at 2353 Chatsworth Street, subj ect to conditions. <br />The Community DevelopmentDepartment supports this recommendation. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br />3.1 ADOPT A RESOLUTIONAPPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />w/conditions (see Section 8 for detailed action). <br />P�'3583_RCA_072604 Page 1 of 6 <br />
