Thomas Paschke explained the proof of parking agreement process. <br />Chair Mulder closed the hearing. <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Pust to recommend approval <br />of a Conditional Use Permit based on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section <br />6 of the project report dated July 7,2004, as follows: <br />7.1 <br />72 <br />73 <br />7.4 <br />The site being developed with setbacks as per the site plans in the applications <br />dated June 21,2004. <br />The worship center, lobby expansion and new restroom footprint being limited to <br />8,302 square feet. The basement must be used for storage. <br />The traffic plan being reviewed�revised as per the City's traffic consultants (SEH) <br />recommendations. <br />New signag� being reviewed separately and issued proper sign permits. <br />7.5 The worship center, lobby expansion, and new restroom addition being comprised <br />of brick, integral colored rock faced block, metal trim, and metal or aluminum <br />window and door frames that blend/complement the existing building, or concrete <br />pre-cast panels, architecturally designed to blendlcompliment the existing <br />building. <br />7.6 The sewer and water utilities, grading, sidewalks, paving and driveway access, <br />and storm water drainage plans for the site being reviewed and approved by the <br />Grass Lake Water Management Organization and the Roseville Public Works <br />Department. <br />7.7 The worship center being limited to a maximum height of � feet from grade. <br />7.8 The landscapeplan, screeningplan for the parking lot from residences, and <br />parking lot lighting plan, meeting City Code Section 1010, and prepared by a <br />registered landscape architect, being reviewed and approved by the city landscape <br />architect. <br />7.9 All HVAC, power generation, and trash storage equipment being screened to <br />meet the requirements of City Code Section 1010. <br />Additional/amended conditions: <br />7.10 Canditica� #7 should be amended to read: The worship center being limited to a <br />maximum height of 3 5 feet from grade. <br />
