Staffwill assist. <br />Jerome Wagner explained that 60% of the water in McCarrons (in 1965)was <br />groundwater. Now (2004) it is 30% groundwater and is much more a"surface water <br />drainage lake". Can the City incrementally change impervious (surface waste water) to <br />pervious water? By raising temperature of the top three to four feet of McCarron's water <br />depth by ten degrees, the quality of water and environment change dramatically. <br />Chair Mulder closed the public hearing. <br />Commission members expressed enthusiasm for this plan and planning process.
