If adopted, Phase I development will be presented for formal land use review as a Planned Unit <br />Development in the summer-fall of 2004 with development in 2005. <br />The HRA will contact owners of existing apartmentto discuss options for renovation of their <br />sites and help to pursue financial assistance through grants and other local, county and state <br />resources. <br />Future phases of development and partnerships will be reviewed annually by the HRA and City <br />Council. <br />List of A�cendices: <br />A.
