A conditional use permit is required <br />because the facility is located within a B-2 general business zoning district where outdoor <br />display and storage is permitted (Section 1005.0015 and 1005.09) only through issuance <br />of a conditional use permit. <br />l. � The conditional use permit process for this request allows the City to consider <br />compatibility with adjoining properties; impacts on traffic, public facilities, and property <br />values; impact on the general health, safety, and public welfare; and compatibility with <br />the City's comprehensive plan. L At its meeting of August 4,2004, the ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />recommended (6-0) approval of the request by Speedway SuperAmerica for a <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow 91 sq. ft. of exterior seasonal merchandise <br />display and storage at the SuperAmerica Fuel and Convenience Store located at 2380 <br />County Road D, subj ect to conditions.
