5. The storage and display on the site adjacent to the building (not under the fuel <br />canopy) will not have an adverse impact on the general public health, safety <br />and welfare. <br />6. The storage and display on the site is consistent with the City of Roseville's <br />Comprehensive Plan and Title 10 of the City Code (Zoning), including the <br />City's design standards. <br />7.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />7.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 6.4 and 6.5 of this report, staff recommends <br />approval of the request for a conditional use permit to a11ow 91 sq. ft. of exterior seasonal <br />merchandise display and storage at the SuperAmerica Fuel and Convenience Store <br />located at 23 80 County Road D, subj ect to the seven conditions indicated in the proj ect <br />report dated August 4, 2004. <br />8.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />8.1 At their meeting of August 4,2004, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public <br />hearing regarding the Speedway SuperAmerica request. At the meeting, no citizens <br />addressed the Commission and Commission had no further questions or comments <br />regarding the request. <br />8.2 The Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the request by <br />Speedway SuperAmerica for a Conditional Use Permit to a11ow 91 sq. ft. of exterior <br />seasonal merchandise display and storage at 23 80 County Road D, based on the findings <br />in Section 6.4 and 6.5 and conditions of Section 7 of the project report dated August 4, <br />2004. <br />9.0 SUGGESTED CTTY COLJNCII. ACPION: <br />9.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION GRANTING a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to the <br />SuperAmerica Fuel and Convenience Store located at 23 80 County Road D for 91 sq. ft. <br />of exterior seasonal merchandise display and storage, based on the comments and <br />findings outlined in Section 6 of the project report dated August 23,2004 and subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />B. The seasonal merchandise display area sha11 be limited to 91 sq. ft. (2% of <br />structure footprint) and sha11 be no greater than 3 feet in width from the front <br />(north) building wall, no higher than 4 feet, and sha11 not block windows or the <br />pedestrian entry, loading areas, ar drive lanes. <br />C.
