The storage and display on the site is consistent with the City of Roseville's Comprehensive Plan and Title 10 of the City Code (Zoning), including the City's design standards. 7.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: 7.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 6.4 and 6.5 of this report, staff recommends approval of the request for a conditional use permit to a11ow 91 sq. ft. of exterior seasonal merchandise display and storage at the SuperAmerica Fuel and Convenience Store located at 23 80 County Road D, subj ect to the seven conditions indicated in the proj ect report dated August 4, 2004. 8.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: 8.1 At their meeting of August 4,2004, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the Speedway SuperAmerica request. At the meeting, no citizens addressed the Commission and Commission had no further questions or comments regarding the request. 8.2 The Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the request by Speedway SuperAmerica for a Conditional Use Permit to a11ow 91 sq. ft. of exterior seasonal merchandise display and storage at 23 80 County Road D, based on the findings in Section 6.4 and 6.5 and conditions of Section 7 of the project report dated August 4, 2004. 9.0 SUGGESTED CTTY COLJNCII. ACPION: 9.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION GRANTING a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to the SuperAmerica Fuel and Convenience Store located at 23 80 County Road D for 91 sq. ft. of exterior seasonal merchandise display and storage, based on the comments and findings outlined in Section 6 of the project report dated August 23,2004 and subject to the following conditions: B. The seasonal merchandise display area sha11 be limited to 91 sq. ft. (2% of structure footprint) and sha11 be no greater than 3 feet in width from the front (north) building wall, no higher than 4 feet, and sha11 not block windows or the pedestrian entry, loading areas, ar drive lanes.
