No seasonal merchandise display sha11 be permitted under the fuel canopy or be <br />placed between the fuel pump islands. <br />3, All seasonal merchandise display areas sha11 be clearly marked on the pa�ement <br />surfaces by use of paint or tinted pa�ement, witl�in which a11 display of materials <br />sha11 occur. <br />�, Seasonal merchandise display shall be limited to soda pop/beverage, auto/engine <br />fluids, windshield washer fluid, charcoal, wood, water softener or road sa1t, and/or <br />mulch. An ice machine and propane exchange unit are permitted witl�in the <br />allowable 91 sq. ft. <br />�, Building and Fire inspections for the proposed use shall be done priar to issuance <br />of any permits. The building and display�storage areas shall meet building and fire <br />code requirements, prior to installation. No signage sha11 be added to the site <br />because of the addition of storage and display materials. <br />�. The property owner (SuperAmerica) sha11 submit a copy of a site plan indicating <br />the 91 sq. ft. of seasonal merchandise display areas to be included as an <br />attachment to the approved Conditional Use Permit Resolution filed at City Hall <br />and provided to the property owner for their records. The approved Resolution is <br />then recorded by the City with Ramsey County. <br />�, The conditional use permit sha11 expire witl�in six months of the date of City <br />Council approval if the required site plan identifying seasonal merchandise <br />display locations and sizes has not been submitted to the City Planner. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
