The ownership <br />townhome units ha�e a higher figure of 1.8 persons per household. Senior ownership <br />units have fewer persons per household, not unexpectedly, with an a�erage of about 1.3 <br />persons per household. <br />Population Distribution: <br />The condo ownership complexes are generally about half populated by seniors. Nearly 30 <br />percent of the residents of owned townhomes are also seniors. The next largest group of <br />owners is middle aged, between ages 55-64, and the next largest group is the 45-54 age <br />group. The age of householderis notably older among the ownership units than among <br />the rentals, where the a�erage age is 25-34. <br />Retention and Moving Trends <br />Most residents who own their multifamilycondos or townhomes ha�e lived there for at <br />least 5 years or longer. Length of time at current address is between 5 and 9 years among <br />the condo ownership units; length of time in senior owned units is generallyhigher, <br />above 10 years, while townhome tenure is more hea�ily weighted between 2 and 4 years. <br />Retention in Roseville among townhome owners is not as prevalent.
