Approve Minutes Approve Minutes <br />2.a Kough moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the July 26, <br />2004 regular City Council Meeting Minutes as amended. <br />Corrections: <br />• Page 29, lst full paragraph (Ihlan) <br />Correct to read• <br />"Councilmember Ihlan spoke in opposition of the <br />motion unless the moratorium applied across-the- <br />board to a11 land use applications, opining her <br />perception of the moratorium's purpose was to <br />protect the City's own land use [planning] <br />; further opining it wasn't fair to create <br />an unfair playing field where the Master Developer <br />and other land owners within the redevelopment site <br />were treated differently." <br />• Page 21, 2"d paragraph (HIausing) <br />"Mayor Klausing rated his priorities: 1) Public <br />safety/law enforcement; 2) infrastructure, core <br />functions, with possible inclusion of <br />IT/communication issues; 3) a tie of parks and <br />recreation as the "glue" holding the community <br />together, or street maintenance.
