My husband attended the planning meeting in July where they were discussing the <br />Super Target. I t appeared that this was a done deal between the staff of Roseville <br />and the developers. The statement was made that this was not the final plan but <br />that the final plan will not go before the public. <br />1 would like to see a SuperTarget there, but I would like to see it done properly. It <br />seems that there is not an interest in the neighbors and views of potential <br />problems. <br />One potential issue is Pascal and Cty Rd. B and the traffic. V�Fe could not tell by the <br />" preliminary plans" what was planned for that intersection however we have a <br />concern for short cut traffic off of county rd. B going through the neighbor hood. <br />This could potentially be prevented by either closing off the street or by making the <br />block between Burke and Cty Rd. B a one way going North. Even at this the <br />intersection would need a light. <br />We do have a number ( 1 can count 20 with out actually counting everyone) of <br />children on the block. They range in age from 18 months to 12 years old. I n <br />addition there are two deaf children under the age of 3.
