�,� SUGGESTED CITY COUNCILACTION: <br />9.l ADOPT a RESOLUTIONAPPROVING a COMPREHENSIVELAND USE MAP <br />AMENDMENT that changed the land use designation of the Target property from SC, <br />Shopping Center and LB, Limited Business to B, Business, based on the comments and <br />findings of Section 5, specifically 5.1 to 5.9 of the proj ect report dated September 13, <br />2004 (Draft Resolution Attached). <br />�. � BY MOTION, APPROVE the PRELIMINARY &FINAL PLAT that combines 7 <br />parcels into two reconfigured lots, specific easements (utility, drainage, and sidewalk) <br />required by the Public Works Department, and the dedication of a 50 foot public right-of- <br />way, based on the comments and fmdings of Section 5, specifically 5.10 to 5.17 and <br />subj ect to the conditions listed in Section 7 of the proj ect report dated September 13, <br />2004.
