ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGTITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CIIANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATIONOF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTYAT 1515 <br />COUNTY ROAD B& 2194 STATE FARM ROAD FROM SHOPPING CENTER <br />DISTRICT (SC� AND LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1} To GE��. <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-3). <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration on PF3591, the following property, located at 1515 County Road B <br />and 2194 State Farm Road, City of Roseville, is hereby rezoned as follows: <br />The property at located at �5�5 County Road B and 2194 State Farm Road <br />legally described as: <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block l, Target Roseville <br />is hereby rezoned from Shopping Center District (SC) and Limited Business <br />District (B-1) to General Business District (B-3) <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of the final plat with Ramsey County. <br />Passed this 1� day of September, 2004. <br />
