The provision of Park Dedication fee in lieu of land dedication amounting to <br />$1,000 per unit or $33,000 (Via the Park & Recreation Commission review and <br />recommendation). <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />8.1 ADOPT A RESOLUTION approving a COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT <br />from LR, Low Density Residential to MR, Medium Density Residential (town <br />homes) and from Golf Course to HR, High Density Residential (condominium) <br />contingent upon final approvals and a positive review by the Metropolitan Council. <br />8.2 BY MOTION approve the FINAL PLAT creating a single condominium lot with <br />new utility, drainage and ponding easements. <br />8.3 BY MOTION ADOPT an ORDINANCE REZONING the property from R-1, Single <br />Family Residence District to Planned Unit Development with an underlying zoning <br />of R-6, Townhouse District, and R-3, General Residence District. <br />8.4 BY MOTION approve the FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement & Site Plan), subject to the conditions stipulated in Section <br />7 as per the Staff and Planning Commission recommendation (73, a through k) of <br />the project report dated September 13,2004, and subject to the review by the City <br />Attorney for format & content and approval by the City Manager. <br />Prepared by Thomas Paschke, City Planner @ 651-792-7074 <br />Attachments: Narrative, proposed development plan packet, site photos, aerial photo and Attachment "A" <br />-�- <br />
