Mr. Thomas Paschke
July 19, 2004
Page 2
some of the exterior architectural elements to further match the existing neighborhood
and compliment the existing clubhouse. The materials have generally remained the
same with stone and stucco as the predominant matenals used, with the introduction of
cedar shakes upon the gable ends. Asphalt shingles continue to be proposed for the
roofing matenal, and the soffit and fascia will be protected by a maintenance-free
aluminum.
The site is proposed to have its own on-site storm sewer and pond. All runofffrom the
paved and landscaped areas adjacent to the buildings are collected in the newly created
infiltration basin and collected in the storm sewer system, which is then conveyed to the
proposed NURP treatment ponds that are located at the southern portion of the site.
Sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer piping are all included on the enGosed
utility plan.
United Properties and its consultants feel that the proposed plan represents a good
utilization of the site. If at any time you have any questions, please feel free to contact
Brian Carey or me.
