ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />T HE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 2001 <br />FULHAM STREET FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT T O <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br />R-3, GENERAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT, <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3471, the <br />following property, generally located at 2001 Fulham Street, City of Roseville, is hereby <br />rezoned from R-1, Single Family Residence District to a Planned Unit Development with <br />underlying zoning of R-3, General Residence District. <br />The p�^ope�^ty being legally desc�^ibed as: Needs Correct Legal Descriptions. <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # . The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for these properties shall be in addition to <br />all other applicable zoning requirements. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendmentto the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br />L The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat Midland Hills Addition with Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />4.
