The use is to be <br />located within a B-3 General Business District where small vehicle rental and leasing is <br />permitted (Section 1005.0015) only through issuance of a conditional use permit <br />consistentwith Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code. <br />f.? The conditional use permit process for this request allows the City to consider <br />compatibilitywith adjoining properties; impacts on traffic, public facilities, and properiy <br />values; impact on the general health, safety, and public welfare; and compatibilitywith <br />the City's comprehensive plan.
