'�,U PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />�. � On September 1,2004, the RosevillePlanning Commission held the public hearing <br />regarding the request by Enterprise Leasing. Mr. George Reiling, adjoiningproperiy <br />owner, addressed the Commission regarding the condition and age of the building on the <br />subject property and how its current condition detracts from the value of other land in the <br />area. Members asked questions of staff and the applicant. <br />�_� Commission Members review the Conditions of Approval recommended by staff (see <br />attached Minutes). <br />�.� The Planning Commission voted (5-0) to recommend approval of the CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT allowing EnterpriseLeasing Companyof Minnesotato occupy 3114 Old <br />Highway for a small vehicle rental and leasing business, based on the comments and <br />. findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions outlined in Section 6 of the project report <br />dated September 1,2004 and subject to 10 conditions. <br />9,0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />�.
