EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T H E CITY OF ROSEVIT ,T .F Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 27�' day of September 2004 at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ENTERPRISE LEASING COMPANY OF MINNESOTATO ALLOW THE RENTAL & LEASING OF SMALL VEHICLESAT 3114 OLD HIGHWAY 8(PF3598). WHEREAS, Enterprise Leasing Company of Minnesota (tenant) in cooperation with the Thorne Group (owner), seeks approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow reusing the properiy at 3114 Old Highway 8 for a small vehicle rental and leasing business; and WHEREAS, Section 1005.015 requires auto rental and leasing business to receive a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT consistent with Chapter 1013 of the Roseville City Code; and WHEREAS, the properiy located at 3114 Old Highway 8 is legally described as: REQUIRES CORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION (From Applicant) WHEREAS, the Enterprise Rent-a-Car operation would occupy the premises for renting and leasing small vehicles; and WHEREAS, the use of the properiy has been determined to meet the criteria set forth within Section 1013.01; and WHEREAS, the RosevillePlanning Commission on September 1,2004 held the public hearing regarding the Enterpriserequest and unanimously (5-0) recommended approved, subject to 10 conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve the request by Enterprise Leasing Company of Minnesota and the Thorne Group for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMT to allow a small vehicle rental & leasing business at 3114 Old Highway 8 subject to the following conditions: 1. For the purpose of this Conditional Use Permit "small vehicle" shall mean a passenger car, sport utility vehicle and/or a'/� ton pick-up truck. A trailer or boat shall not be considered a small vehicle.
